Hey, how do I get it???
Before you look anywhere else, try to see if your software distribution already has it packaged! It comes with most Linux distributions, and it comes for Windows with Cygwin.
If you couldn't find it in your distribution of choice, you may find it in the download are at monotone.ca.
If that still doesn't help, we suggest that you build it.
